Where are you located?
We are located at the corner of Smoketree Ave + Joshua Tree, one block from Downtown 29 Palms. Easy walking, biking or driving access to sights and services. The North Entrance to Joshua Tree National Park is 3 miles away.
What should I pack?

Sunscreen + Moisturizer for hot dry weather
Closed-toe shoes – Very important in the desert! Anticipate dust, cactus and desert critters throughout the area.
Sunglasses – Do not underestimate the power of the high desert sun year-round
Sun Hat or Cap -The high desert sun is year-round, even in cold weather.
Warm clothes – Winter months are cold at night. We’ve even seen snow!

Can I rent a car in the area?
The closest car rental service is in Palm Springs, which is 50 miles away.
How do I get to the Joshua Tree National Park?
We are located 1.5 miles from the Oasis Visitor Center located at the foothill of the East entrance at 74485 National Park Dr, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277
JTNP is an important part of the Mojave Desert ecosystem, providing habitat for numerous birds, mammals, insects, and lizards. Joshua tree forests tell a story of survival, resilience, and beauty borne through perseverance. They are the silhouette that reminds those of us who live here that we are home.
Though the park is open year-round, temperatures are most comfortable in the spring and fall, with an average high of about 85 degrees. It’s worth noting that temperatures vary depending on where you are in the park.
